ABOUT THE WEBINAR:
La Senatus Scriptors are presenting a webinar on the topic, “The operation of ADR in collaborative law; family law disputes.” The webinar endeavors to achieve awareness and appreciate the utilization of ADR, particularly in family disputes. The stages in ADR, procedure, it’s tactical involvement in family issues, and the effectiveness of arbitral awards in this regard are the areas which will be discussed on the platform provided by this webinar. ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Smt. Mary Veronica, holds LLM degree in contracts and Insurance, PG diploma in Personnel Management, PG diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution primarily focusing on Family disputes and Family Law. She has also completed MBA in HRD. She has been in the field for more than 15 years. She is a phenomenal speaker and an epigrammatist.
