ABOUT JUSTICE REMEDEM

Justice Remedem is a highly skilled and professionally reputed Independent Arbitral Institution established in 2020 to respond to the needs of businesses globally for time and cost efficiency in the resolution of disputes through arbitration based in Delhi for International Commercial Arbitration, mediation and commercial dispute.

Justice Remedem Arbitration and Mediation Centre offers Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures, in particular arbitration, mediation and expert determination, for the resolution of international commercial disputes between private parties. To further promote ADR awareness, we provide intensive basic training of a practical nature for party representatives in mediation and arbitration and for neutrals.
