ABOUT THE COURSE
The online certificate course on Cyber law starts on 20th of every month. The course was designed by Adv. Akshay Bhambri, Cyber Legal Expert [Practising Advocate at Delhi High Court]. The course contains the following modules.
- Introduction to Cyber Dimensions.
- Cyber Space Law Jurisprudence
- Overview of Information & Technology Act, 2000
- Cyber Crime & its Offences
- Introduction to E- Commerce
DURATION OF THE COURSE
The duration of the course is 1 Month.
Course starts on 20th of every month.
COURSE DETAILS
- Material(Softcopy) will be mailed for every 5 days.
- You have to finish a module within specified time.
- You will be given 3 days to submit questionnaire at the end once we sent.
- Confirmation mail will be sent within 24 hrs once enrolled.
ASSESSMENTS / CERTIFICATION
- Open book exam at the end will be conducted in order to know course outcome (MCQ/Descriptive).
- Questionnaire will be mailed via mail.
- Hardcopy & Softcopy certificate will be provided.
