2. National Investigation Agency: Scheme & Trial Proceeding.
This workshop would be a detailed programme on this topic and would be taken care of by the speaker with live examples from the current Scenario.

Advocate Bhagyodaya is in the enforcement department sp.p.p Government of India. He also looks after the RBI,ONGC,RAILWAY,IRCTC, Competition Commission of India or Anti-corruption sp.p.p Government of India. He is also dedicated towards the Freight Corridor Corporation of India ltd. and also manages the legal authority of the Employees provident fund organisation.
He also looks after the centre for Entrepreneurship Development and also the shipping corporation of India. He is also the standing counsel for BIS, Government of India and also looks after the tourism department of Gujarat. He also looks after the cases from central pollution control of the board and has many added feathers to his chest.
